If you have a question related to specifics for your conference (for example: childcare arrangements, transportation, accommodations, etc.), we recommend that you send an email to the administrator for your conference. You will most likely get your question answered more quickly this way than if you contact Conference Joy's support team (because we will just forward your question on to the administrator, and there might be some extra turnaround time).

How do I find the email address for my conference's administrator?

When you're logged in to Conference Joy and on the Dashboard for your conference, click on the "Retreat Flyer" link in the left sidebar. There, on the retreat flyer, you will see the name and email address for your conference administrator.
